Essential Talks



  • Make sure to read a good book for sometime everyday. This increases the qualities. 
  • Every person's routine is different according to his daily tasks and responsibilities. Set your own routine and follow it. 
  • Stress is a great enemy of a person. It sucks both the mind and the body. Tell your problem to your elders. Don't stare alone. Don't be too quiet and lonely. Talk to whomever you like. Engage in work. Do pranayam, exercise, walking etc. and get the mind engrossed with music and interesting work. Keep the human body healthy. 
  • Cultivate the ability to tolerate someone's bitter words. This is a special quality that is not present in everyone. Look within yourself objectively that I too may have some shortcomings. Don't keep sitting with the belief that I can never be at fault. It is difficult to find yourself aware of your mistakes. Find your mistake and admit it and show the courage to overcome it. If you don't realize your mistake, ask and correct it. Accepting that my fault is knowingly or unknowingly my own, or has happened. This quality leads to greatness. 
  • Other people will behave according to my thoughts or desire, this also does not happen very often. It can happen their knowledge or understanding may not be of your level even though they consider themselves to be very smart. 
  • Everyone likes praise. But if it is not praised, then it feels bad that why I was not praised, this situation is not right. Excessive desire for praise (appetite) is not good, because listening to more praise also leads to ego and without praise doesn't feel good looks like everything bad. Person starts assessing himself by moving away from reality. 😊😊
