Anger affects both body and mind. Nervousness, restlessness, stomach pain, headache etc. Silence is the best way to get rid of anger in spirituality. Silence can control evil thoughts, bitter speech and impulses.
Follow these steps to control anger-
- In the event of anger, to control it, it is most important that you immediately move away from that place and go for a walk.
- Don't think too much about the incident that triggered the anger.
- Spend time with children at home. Play with them.
- Take deep breaths, this action will give energy to the lungs and body.
- Keep your thinking positive
- Try to divert your attention to calm the anger. Watch a movie, read a book Or listen to melodious music.
- Drink cold water or soft drinks.
- Invite friends home and have fun with them.
- Write your mind daily in the diary. It will take your anger out.
- If you are driving, stop it for a while. Take a look outside. Listen to music.
- Meditation, Pranayam and Shavasana can be of great benefit.
