It is impossible to achieve or experience happiness without suffering. what is the cost of happiness for one who has never seen sorrow, one who has seen only happiness? If you keep increasing the quantity of pleasures, then you will feel good or else your life will become monotonous.
There is no end to pleasures, but there is a limit to human beings. If there is a stagnation in the comforts, then there is dullness in life and if the comfort and convenience are taken away, then there is sorrow. If you take away any facility from someone, then there is misery and if you give it again then there is happiness, but there is no happiness in the continuity of the facility.
For the feeling of happiness, the feeling of sorrow is also necessary. Happiness and sorrow are relative states of the human mind.
If we analyze the troubles that come in our life, then we find that some suffering continued to suffer the most in a particular life, but at the same time we also find that due to the one big trouble, we suffer innumerable small troubles. That is, every trouble makes minor troubles minor.
Every problem eliminates other problems. What we consider to be a big problem, if it were not there, then even a small problem would not have been less painful than this, but due to big troubles, we overcome small troubles, which is essential not only for our happiness but also for progress. What we call misery is also imaginary and what we call happiness is nothing more than a fantasy world.
Due to the conditioning of the mind, some state appears to be suffering and some happiness. We run away from the troubles and problems and keep running away from our own happiness. The more troubles you face in life, the more patient you will become patient with the hardships. Patience is such a quality, which increases the efficiency of a person, takes him forward, gives him completeness. 😊😊
